The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his Breach of Parole.
Michael Kim is described as a Southeast Asian male, 25 years of age, 5’5” (165 cm), 150 lbs. (68 kgs), short black hair and brown eyes.
Kim has a tattoo on the right side of his neck with the words “Time is Money”.
Kim also has a tattoo on his right upper arm with the words “Life is a Gamble” and a tattoo of a dragon on his left forearm.

Kim is serving a 2 year and 2 month sentence for Assault causing bodily harm, three counts of Break, enter and theft and Fail to comply with probation order.
Kim is known to frequent the London, Chatham and Windsor area.
