At 9 p.m. Sunday night, police responded to a two motor vehicle collision on Victoria Road near Highway 401 in Howard Township.
There were no injuries reported.
Investigation revealed that a deer had run into the path of one of the drivers who was forced to take evasive action resulting in the collision.
The total damage is estimated at $4,000.
At 16-year old male was charged.
