Around 11:50 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to a collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian on Talbot Street west of Marlborough Street.
The pedestrian, a 39-year-old Woodstock woman was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance with serious injuries.
The driver, a 94-year-old Blenheim woman was also transported to hospital for medical attention.
Talbot Street West between Parr Street and Marlborough Street remains closed as police investigate.
The Chatham-Kent Police Traffic Unit is investigating the collision.
