A Crime Stoppers tip helped police solve a stolen ATV case in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police officials say on July 29, at approximately 12:30 p.m. they received a Crime Stoppers tip which resulted in an investigation regarding the possession of a stolen ATV.
Police attended an address in Wallaceburg and located a male party painting the ATV and removing several parts in an attempt to disguise the stolen property.
The male party was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters to be held in custody pending a bail hearing.
