‘Tradition Meets Innovation’ at upcoming Agricultural Conference

The Southwest Agricultural Conference returns January 4 and 5, 2017 with another outstanding lineup of speakers, as ‘Tradition Meets Innovation’.

A total of 45 sessions, led by a myriad of expert speakers, brings the latest industry technology, ideas and information to producers, agribusiness representatives, researchers and students.

“It’s unbelievable,” says Peter Johnson, Program Co-Chair. “There isn’t one session I don’t want to see. Simply awesome.”

Feature speakers include Jerry Carroll, who will harvest a bumper crop of hilarity and wisdom with “DIRT IN MY DNA” stories of growing up on the family farm, and Greg Peterson, whose “I’M FARMING AND I GROW IT” parody video ignited a fire that has given the Peterson Brothers a global voice and platform for agricultural advocacy. Registration is available online at www.southwestagconference.ca or by phone, fax or mail. Early bird discounts and draws are available for those who register by November 25 th , 2016. Registration deadline is December 20. Registration is limited, and often sells out early.
