Clarence George Oliver, a resident of Walpole Island First Nations, passed away with his family by his side at Chatham-Kent Hospice on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the age of 84.
George is the son of the late Clarence and Myrtle (Isaac) Oliver. Beloved husband of the late Marietta (Riley). Loving father of Michael, Mark “Cork”, Nancy, David (Amy) and the late John. Precious Mischo of Ryleigh, Everleigh and Paisleigh. Dear brother of Jean, Irwin and the late Ronald.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service at the Walpole Island Sports Complex on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 2 PM. Interment at Highbanks Cemetery Walpole Island.
