Many people in Wallaceburg woke up on Wednesday morning with no Internet or cable, and others have no power at all.
Entegrus officials say they are experiencing an outage in Wallaceburg, due to a downed pole.
They posted this update to social media at 2:48 p.m.
Entegrus officials say restoration work is taking longer to complete than anticipated, but should be wrapped up by 7:20 a.m. this morning.
Cogeco Cable officials say they are experiencing an outage in the Wallaceburg area as well.
“Please note that due to a power outage on our equipments, you may have experienced service disruptions,” Cogeco officials posted at 1:38 a.m.
“Our technicians are currently working on repairing the problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.”
