Police looking to ID cologne thief

Police are looking for the public’s help to identify a theft suspect in Blenheim.

Chatham-Kent police officials say yesterday at 2:10 p.m. an unknown man walked into the Shoppers Drug Mart located at 21 Chatham Street N. and selected a bottle of Hugo Red men’s cologne valued at $53.

He then went into an unoccupied aisle and removed the security tag before placing the bottle inside his clothing. He walked out the front door making no attempt to pay for the item.

The man’s description: approximately 20 – 25 years of age, tall, slender build, dark receding hair line, wearing a dark winter coat, jeans and a dark shirt.
