A Wallaceburg man turned himself into police after an incident at Tim Horton’s last week.
Police officials say on July 7 at approximately 8:30 p.m. the Chatham-Kent Police responded to a complaint of a disturbance at the Tim Horton’s in Wallaceburg.
Through the investigation it was learned a male party allegedly caused damage to a vehicle, assaulted another party with a stick, and threatened to cause damage to a vehicle.
On Monday at approximately 9:40 p.m. a 21-year-old Wallaceburg man turned himself in to police, and was arrested in relation to the incident.
He was released with a future court date.
