Students recognized by AarKel Tool and Die

A pair of students have been recognized by a local manufacturing company.

AarKell Tool and Die recognized Brendean Apers, Wallaceburg District Secondary School, and Nicholas Van De Velde, UCC, who were the recipients of the Grade 12 Technical Achievement Award from their schools.

Both Apers and Van De Velde had the highest Technical Achievement from the past school year.

Each student received a plaque and a cheque for $250 during their commencements.

Also, if both Apers and Van De Velde choose a career at AarKel and are hired as full-time employees at AarKel, they will also be aligable for a $1,000 tool allowance.

“AarKel congratulates Brendan and Nicholas for their achievements and invite them both to apply for a position and a possible liofe long career,” AarKel officials stated.
