Spots are still available with PURE Academy in Wallaceburg

If you haven’t signed up your child with the PURE Academy in Wallaceburg, there is still time to do so.

Tammy Chouinard, the Marketing Director for PURE, said they have multiple dance options available for all ages and budgets.

“We offer all types of dance including jazz, ballet, hip hop, lyrical and competitive. We have also recently introduced our brand new early years program called ‘Bloom & Grow’.” she said

“This program has been developed by some of our instructors and directors to ensure your child’s gross and fine motor skills are consistently developed through our thoughtfully designed and tested syllabus.”

Chouinard added: “Bloom & Grow offers your little one age 18 months to 5 years, a strong foundation for not only future dance but future success in all areas everyday life. The ‘Tiny Seedlings’ are the really little ones. They then advance to ‘Little Sprouts’ and finally the four and five-year-olds become ‘Dancing Daisies.’ There are different combo classes that you can take as well – it just depends on what your interests are.”

Chouinard said anyone interested in signing up can do so by popping into their Chatham location, at 121 Heritage Road, calling their administrative team at 519-352-5000 or by visiting them online at www.pureacademy.ca.

“Our Chatham location is where we handle registrations for all three of our studios,” she said.

Their Wallaceburg location is located at 1542 Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg, right across from No Frills in the plaza beside Your Hometown Deli.

“It’s newly renovated,” Chouinard said. “It is basically a brand new studio inside! New flooring, sounds systems and parent viewing windows were amongst a few of the upgrades. You will love it! Studio entrance is now on the east side of the building.”

Chouinard said the dress code for PURE and their prices are all available on their website.

“Not everybody wants to call, or they might think about looking into it at 10 p.m. when we are not open,” she said.

“This way when they have some down time from the kids they can go online, click on the location they are interesting in registering at and view a listing of all our classes. If they hover their mouse over a class, a small window will appear with more details including pricing, class and age ranges.”

PURE has two shows a year, a Christmas-themed concert and a year-end recital.

“The ‘Little Sprouts’ are not quite ready yet by the Christmas show, but the ‘Dancing Daisies’ are and perform again in the end of year recital,” Chouinard said.

“I’m looking forward to watching our ‘Little Sprouts’, the two and three-year-olds, take the stage in June. It’s going to be so adorable to see them perform for their families on the big stage!”
