A family was trapped in their car after a crash on Saturday in Dover Township.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say a single motor vehicle crashed into a ditch on Baldoon Road, north of Brook Line.
Police say five occupants were trapped, including three children and two adults.
A 7-year-old sustained trauma to their face.
The collision remains under investigation.
