The Chatham-Kent Police Service are investigating a break and enter at O’Neil Tire and Battery in Wallaceburg.
Police officials allege sometime over the past weekend, unknown suspects forced their way into the new site for the business, located at 60 McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg, the former Mufflerman location.
Once inside, the suspects stole approximately 25 new Interstate batteries, police officials allege.
Total value of the theft has been estimated at $3,100.
