Science Lessons at WCS

The grade 1 and 2 students at Wallaceburg Christian school built aluminum foil boats to test buoyancy and weight capacity. Grade 1 student Jude Tuininga, pictured with his classmates and the winning boat, said, “Some boats floated and some sank right away. It was a really fun experiment. Our boat was the best and didn’t sink!” Students at WCS are given many opportunities to put theory into action across the curriculum.
