Maria Anzic of London and formerly of Wallaceburg, born in Slovenia, Jugoslavia, passed away peacefully at Dearness Home in London on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the age of 88.
Maria is the daughter of the late Joseph and Terezija (Repovs). Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank in 1972. Loving mother of Apolonia Henderson (Jim) and Louisa Anzic. Dear Staramama of Frank Trepanier (Carla Trepanier), Natali Trepanier (Scott McMillan), Renee Trepanier (Kyle Fairweather) and Emily Trepanier and great Staramama of Cameron, Kaiyla, Hayley, Harper, Avery and Jack. Sister of Frank Sluga (Angela) and the late Joseph, Vili, Janko and Terezija.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 10 – 11:30 AM on Friday. The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of Christians Church on Friday, June 15 at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery.
