Failing to remain charges laid in St. Clair Township

Lambton OPP officials allege on July 6, 2018 at approximately 6:45 a.m., members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the 1000 Block of Stanley Line near Indian Creek Road to investigate a single motor vehicle collision.

Police say investigation revealed that a black 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche had lost control, left the roadway and had struck a utility pole.

A witness at the scene advised the OPP that they had observed a male who appeared to be standing in the area of the collision.

Prior to OPP arrival the male left the area, eventually disappearing into a rural bush lot.

He must appear at Sarnia Traffic Court on August 10, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
