A Remembrance Day ceremony was held on Friday, November 9 on Walpole Island First Nation.
Under a steady snowfall, a walk took place from the Bkejwanong Children’s Centre to the Walpole Island Veteran’s Monument.
Students from Bkejwanong Kinomaagewgamig joined veterans and other community members for the ceremony.
