Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: As previously released, last Tuesday morning, around 1 a.m. police responded to an assault at a residence in Blenheim between two men known to each other which resulted in one of them sustaining a knife wound.
The victim, a 35-year-old Blenheim man was transported to a London hospital for medical attention.
He has since been released.
Yesterday, a 32-year-old Muirkirk man was arrested and charged with attempt murder.
A 34-year-old Blenheim man was also arrested and charged with being an accessory after the fact.
Both men have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
