Robbery in Dresden leads to arrest

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 3 a.m. this morning, a man attended a business in Dresden asked for money while brandishing a knife.

The male party left the business on foot without receiving any money, and no parties were injuries.

K9 Arry was called to the scene to assist with tracking the suspect.

During the K9 search officers in the area were able to locate the male suspect as a result.

The 27-year-old man of Dresden has been charged with robbery with intent.

He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
