Wallaceburg’s Jordan Durston heading to the NLL finals

Wallaceburg’s Jordan Durston and the Buffalo Bandits are heading to the National Lacrosse League Finals for the first time since 2016.

In the East Division Final on Saturday, Buffalo topped the Toronto Rock 12-8 to advance to the championship.

Durston picked up 1 assist in the win, and he has 2 assists total is two playoffs games this season.

Buffalo will take on the Calgary Roughnecks in the finals, which is a best-of-three series.

Game #1 is scheduled for Saturday, May 18 in Buffalo at 7:30 p.m.

Game #2 will be in Calgary at the Scotiabank Saddledome at 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 25.

If necessary, Game #3 will be back in Buffalo at 8 p.m. on Fri., May 31.

In 18 games during the regular season, Durston scored 15 goals and added 32 assists for 47 points.

The 25-year-old has spent the last two seasons with Buffalo, after spending the first two seasons of his career with Vancouver.

In 71 career games, Durston has scored 81 NLL goals and added 112 assists for 193 points.
