NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ROAD CLOSING
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Council of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent on June 10 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, 315 King Street West, Chatham, Council will consider, and if approved, may pass a by-law to stop up and close part of Robinson Road in the community of Dresden:
– Property Identification Number 00598 0013, part of the road allowance between Concessions 3 and 4, Gore of the Geographic Township of Camden, being Parts 1 and 2 of property identification number 00598 0013, Municipality of Chatham-Kent as in 24R10251
At this meeting, Council will hear any person or their solicitor or agent, who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applied to be heard.
