Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 6 a.m. yesterday morning, police responded to a disturbance between two men known to each other at an apartment on Grand Avenue in Chatham.
A 34-year-old Chatham man sustained non-life-threatening injuries after being stabbed with a knife.
He was treated and released at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
A 26-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and weapons dangerous to the public.
He was transported to the Courthouse pending a bail hearing.
