Local Production receives nomination for Best Leading Actress

Georgia Lee Schultz – nominated for a Best Leading Actress Award for her role in Cinderella

Voices in the Wind Audio Theatre is thrilled to announce that Georgia Lee Schultz has been nominated for a Best Leading Actress Award for her role playing Cinderella in our audio theatre production of CINDERELLA.

Presented by Porchlight family Media of Glendale, Arizona the Audio Theatre Central Seneca Awards is an awards program that recognizes excellence in the world of family-friendly audio drama. The 2018 award nominees have been selected from all eligible productions released in the 2018 calendar year from both commercial and independent audio production companies in North America.

The award winners will be announced in July 2019, via a live-streamed audio broadcast on the awards website. The broadcast will also be recorded and archived on the site.

David Farquhar, Executive Producer says, “This is quite an honour for Georgia especially when you consider she’s up against voice talent form some of the major U.S. based production houses such as Adventure In Odyssey and Lamplighter Theatre.”

More kudos for CINDERELLA keep rolling in with the recent Gold Award at this year’s 2019 HEAR Now: The Audio Fiction and Arts Festival in Kansas City, Missouri and broadcast on National Public Radio.

CINDERELLA is distributed globally by Blackstone Publishing of Ashland, Oregon to all the major online retails sites including Audible, Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Rakuten Kobo and Walmart.
