Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege yesterday, an officer with the Traffic Unit conducted speed enforcement on Murray Street in Wallaceburg.
Four motorists were charged with speeding through the Community Safety Zone.
The Chatham-Kent Police would like to remind drivers that the speed limit is reduced to 40km/h on Murray Street around Holy Family School.
“Please slow down and be alert as children are walking to and from school,” police officials said in a media release.
“Let’s all do our part in keeping our kids safe this school year.”
