Mary Ellis of Dresden

Mary Leona Ellis, a resident of Dresden, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Windsor Regional Hospital at the age of 84.

Born in Richardson Township, the daughter of Benjamin and Dorothy Roen. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Ellis (2013). Loving mother of Elaine Goetheyn (Tom Anderson), Lynda & Mark Ford and John Ellis (Donna Herron). Loved Nan of 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Predeceased by great grandson Wiarton. 

The Ellis family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North St, Dresden on Monday from 1:00-3:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM.  The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Dresden Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the  Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
