Police: Kubota stolen, robbery charge, warrants

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23 a 27-year-old Chatham man was located and arrested on a Sarnia Warrant.

Chatham-Kent Police met with Sarnia Police and the man was turned over.

Warrant

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23 Chatham-Kent Police initiated a traffic stop where a 31-year-old Chatham man was found to be driving with a suspended licence.

Further investigation revealed that here was an outstanding warrant for the male for breaching his recognizance.

The man was charged with suspend drive and arrested. He was then transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was processed and taken to bail court.

Warrant

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23 police attended a Chatham address on an unrelated matter and a 27-year-old Chatham man was located who had an outstanding warrant for robbery and failing to comply with his probation.

The male was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was held for bail.

Theft

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23, 2019 police attended an address on Talbot Trail in the Morpeth area in regards to a stolen vehicle.

Reported missing was a 2011 orange Kubota RTV900 diesel valued at $15,000.

The vehicle has black roll bars and a dump box on the back.
