Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Just before 1 p.m. yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to an industrial accident at Truly Green Farms on Bloomfield Road.
A 20-year-old Chatham woman was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Ministry of Labour was notified and has taken over the investigation.
