Careless driving and fail to remain charges have been laid following a crash outside of Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege around 2 a.m. yesterday morning, a vehicle left the roadway in the area of Baldoon Road and
Heritage Line.
“There was approximately $8,000 damage to the vehicle and damage to a hydro pole of approximately $3,000,” police officials said in a media release.
The driver of the vehicle, a 24-year-old man was charged with careless
driving and fail to remain.
He was given a court date of March 4, 2020.
