Mrs. Joyce Yacks, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the age of 82 years.
Joyce was born in Windsor and was a daughter of the late Percy Alexander & Pearl Lita(Roy) Rawlinson. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Yacks. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Mary Ellen Fox, Cheryl (Jim) English, Russell (Mary) Yacks, Rosalind (Dom) Sterling, and Wayne Yacks, Pam (Gary) MacKay. Predeceased by two son-in-laws Gerald Fox and Roland Thomas and a daughter-in-law Deb McClinton. She will be sadly missed by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Pat (Pete) Kyper, Richard (Jo) Rawlinson, Marnie Rawlinson, Dot Bryan, Ed Oullette and Linda MacIntosh. Predeceased by her brother Ed, a sister Elizabeth Oullette and two brother-in-laws Fred Bryan and Bill MacIntosh. Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin St. Wallaceburg, 519-627-2861, on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 1pm from Holy Family Church, in Wallaceburg. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery in Wallaceburg.
