Lewis Sauve captures senior singing title

It was a packed house at the CBD Club on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg on Friday, February 28, for the finals of the Senior Star Search singing competition.

Winning first place was Wallaceburg’s Lewis Sauve.

Michael Francis finished in second, while Bill Thiebault was third.

Sauve won $300 from the Wallaceburg and District Chamber of Commerce. Francis went home with $200 from Progressive Ford and Thiebault won $100 from Progressive Ford.

Walking away with the That’s Entertainment Award was Lisa Michaud.

Many great singers took part in the contest and performed two songs each during the finals.
