The Chatham-Kent Police are currently looking to locate Jacob Chambers of Wallaceburg.
Police officials said on social media just after 10 p.m. that they are looking to locate Chambers “for the purpose of checking on his well being.
“(If) anyone has spoken to Jacob or knows his current whereabouts please contact Chatham-Kent Police at 519-352-1234 ext 9,” police officials say.
