We’ve always been proud to offer the best customer service when you walk through our doors. Because they are currently closed, we’re doing what we can to still offer you our regular services while operating within our new normal.
These are uncertain times, and we are very much looking forward to seeing all your faces in person soon.
For the foreseeable future, we will ONLY be processing orders in the following manner and ask you to respect these guidelines.
-To place an order, give us a call at 519-627-9516 and leave a message or send us a direct message here on Facebook
-Payment for orders will be taken prior to order pick-up, either credit card over the phone, or by e-transfer
-Once your payment is received, we will prepare your order, and call you when it is ready for pickup at our back door
-If you need chlorine refills, please leave your jug at the back door before 10am with your name and phone number on the jug. We will then refill it, call you to complete payment and let you know it’s ready for pickup
If you need service or are ready to open your pool, give Mark a call at 519-359-5694. Mark has made preparations on his part to ensure his work on your pool / spa is completed in a safe and sanitary manner.
As the pool season draws closer we will re-evaluate our processes to keep all our families safe.
