Chatham-Kent OPP officials allege: On April 21, 2020 at approximately 2:50 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single tractor trailer collision near the Victoria Road exit on Highway 401 in Chatham-Kent.
The tractor trailer left the highway and rolled on its side in the north ditch, the driver sustained no injuries as a result of the collision.
A 58-year-old London man was charged with careless driving.
It is expected that the westbound lanes of Highway 401 at Orford Road will be closed until approximately 9 a.m.
