Two new COVID-19 cases brings C-K’s total to 137

CK Public Health has announced two new positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed, bringing the total number of cases in Chatham-Kent to 137.

One of the new cases has been hospitalized.

Overall, there are 49 active COVID-19 cases across Chatham-Kent and one person has died.

The total number of recoveries remains at 87.

In total, 2,367 COVID-19 tests have been administered to date, while 27 tests are pending.

CK Public Health say the number confirmed cases linked to the outbreak at Greenhill Produce remains at 95. A total of 45 of these cases are active and 50 people have recovered.

There remains zero outbreaks at long-term care and retirement homes in Chatham-Kent.
