The Chatham-Kent Police Service have arrested a man for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.
Police officials allege shortly after 8 p.m., officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle complaint in Chatham.
Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop.
Officers observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and upon searching the vehicle five grams of Fentanyl with an approximate street value of $1,200 was found, police officials allege.
A 26-year-old Chatham man was released with a future court date.
