Lisa Everaert is the newest realtor with Royal LePage.
Everaert told the Sydenham Current she has almost 18 years of sales experience and a background in decorating, if anyone needs tips for getting their home ready to sell.
She can also help people figure out a listing price.
Everaert is also supporting a new initiative called ‘Royal LePaws’.
For every home sold with Everaert, she will be donating $100 to Wallaceburg area animal charities.
