Robert Joseph Vankoughnett, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully in Chatham at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the age of 60.
Robert is the son of the late John Hamilton & Dorothy Louise (Westcott) Vankoughnett.
Beloved father of Justin (Ye Chen) and Derek.
He loved to spoil his grandchildren Sophia and Lucas.
Dear brother of Caroline Kay (late Stephen), Herbert (Susan), Betty MacDonald (late Bob), Rita Doom (late Fred), George (Bev), late Rose McFadden (Dave), Bill Vankoughnett and Teresa Yacks.
Robert had recently retired from the Conagra Foods (canners) in Dresden and loved fishing, camping and visiting Prince Edward Island.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Wednesday, July 8 from 1-3 and 5-7 PM.
