Just wanted to do a little Barbershop update as we continue to adjust to this ongoing COVID reality.
I continue to operate, under the strict guidelines implemented by the Chatham-Kent Health Unit, which includes offering service by appointment only. As well, limiting the number of people in the shop to one customer or family at a time.
At this time the Health Unit still requires each customer to wear a mask while receiving service, as social distancing is not possible during a haircut. I am asking each customer to please bring your own mask, if possible, as I only have a limited supply. If you do not have a mask when you arrive for your appointment, one will be provided for you for a small fee of $1.00, to help cover the cost of purchasing more masks.
I am also encouraging everyone to try using the online booking system. It is really quite simple and convenient, when you get the hang of it. If you are unable to book online, you can still give me a call or stop by the shop, and I will set you up with an appointment. At this point, there are still many appointments available for this week, July 13th to 18th.
