A ‘pupsicle’ fundraiser is being held at the Pet and Wildlife Rescue animal shelter in Chatham this week for an injured dog.
Drive by the shelter this Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to get a freezie or cold drink (and pupsicle for your dog!) from Rocky’s Tikki Bar,” PAWR officials say.
“Rocky is a little senior who arrived at the shelter badly injured from an animal attack. He is slowly recovering with us and is holding a fundraiser to help cover the cost of his vetting.”
PAWR official added: “Rocky would also like to acknowledge the staff at the Dresden Vet Clinic for taking him in right away and giving him some relief from his injuries.”
