Police: Bail violations in Wallaceburg, drunk in public

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police responded to a residence on Fraser Street in Wallaceburg, as it was being reported that there was a male there who was breaching his conditions.

Police attended the residence and located the male who was found to be on conditions not to attend the residence.

Through investigation police also determined that the male had made attempts to communicate with a party who he was on conditions not to contact or communicate with.

The 21-year-old male was arrested for two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.

He was later released with a future court date.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early this morning, police responded to a residence on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.

When police attended they located the man who was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself.

The 30-year-old male was arrested, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police headquarters for booking and held until sober.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon police responded to a residence on Queen Street in Tilbury for an unwanted male complaint.

When police attended they located the man and through investigation he was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself.

The 34-year-old man was arrested, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police headquarters for booking and held until sober.
