Mary Louise “Lou” Snelgrove, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side, on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the age of 63 years.
She was born in Chatham and was a daughter of the late Alfred and Eva (Debuque) Blair.
Beloved wife of the late Jim Snelgrove.
Loving mother of Trevor (Sarah) Snelgrove, Jen (Bill Bennett) Snelgrove and step mother of Matt (Shannon) Snelgrove, Jason Snelgrove and the late Jamie Snelgrove.
Dear grandmother of Evy, Macy, Brinley, Josh, Hope, Alyssa, Emily, Julia, Chris and Jemma.
Kind sister of Barb (Gord) Anderson, Dave (Marg) Blair, Tom (Linda) Blair, Ann (Mike) Patrick, Wayne (Phyllis) Blair and the late Michael Blair.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The late Lou Snelgrove is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home (639 Elgin St.) in Wallaceburg.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday August 18, at 1pm from the First Baptist Church (99 Thomas Ave.), in Wallaceburg.
Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we are asking reservations for visitation and the Service be made by calling the funeral home (519-627-2861).
Masks are mandatory.
