CK Public Health officials announced 13 more recoveries and one new case of COVID-19 on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, bringing the total number of positive cases in Chatham-Kent to 360.
There are 54 active cases of the virus across the community.
A total of 25 of the active cases are related to close contact, 10 are related to workplace outbreaks in Chatham-Kent, nine are pending, five are related to travel, three are unknown and two are related to a congregate setting.
The total number of recoveries has risen to 304.
Four people remain hospitalized, CK Public Health officials say.
There are two active workplace outbreaks in Chatham-Kent.
There have been zero outbreaks at long-term care and retirement homes in Chatham-Kent.
To date, two people have died from COVID-19.
In total, 18,147 COVID-19 tests have been administered as of Thursday, August 13, 2020.
