Fentanyl, cocaine, meth & hydromorphone seized during two busts

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Unit executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants on Wellington Street East and Gray Street.

In total, approximately $36,000 worth of suspected cocaine, Fentanyl, methamphetamine and hydromorphone was seized.

A 36-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and charged with two counts of drug possession. She was released pending a future court date of December 3, 2020.

A 42-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with two counts of drug possession. He was released pending a future court date of December 3, 2020.

A 37-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with four counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

A 43-year-old Bothwell man was arrested and charged with four counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking. He was released pending a future court date of October 29, 2020.

And a 37-year-old Harwich Township woman was arrested and charged with four counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking.

She was released pending a future court date of October 29, 2020.
