Theft on Pioneer Line in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police were on scene investigating an earlier shoplifting incident at a business on Pioneer line.

While on scene a male was observed stealing product from the store.

The male was placed under arrest and eventually released with a future court date of January 6.

Break and enter on Allison Line in Blenheim

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime overnight suspects cut the fence to an enclosed property on Allison line.

The suspects entered several storage units and fled.

At the time of the report it was unknown what may have been taken.

Male arrested on outstanding warrant on Park Lane in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A male was on conditions from a previous release.

This male breached these conditions and a warrant was put out for his arrest.

This male was located at an address on Park Lane Chatham.

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters and held for bail.

Neighbour dispute leads to assault charges on Baxter Street in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police were contacted for a neighbor dispute on Baxter street in Chatham with respect to a fence.

Through investigation it was found that a male had assaulted his neighbor and caused damage to property.

The man was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters and eventually released with a future court date for assault and mischief.
