All students are required to bring the following:
– a yoga mat
– a face mask
– yoga strap (optional, but recommended)
– yoga blocks (qty 2) (optional, but recommended)
– A light blanket
Upon arrival, you will be required to check-in, sanitize your hands and sign the waiver sheet provided.
Masks are mandatory unless you are located on your mat, in which they can be removed for the duration of your practice.
Classes are $25/person.
Classes will be taught by Cassidy Turner, 200-hr CYA-RYT
