Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday night, around 10 p.m. police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Smoke Line near Huffs Side Road.
The driver and lone occupant in the vehicle at the time of the collision, Robert Miller, 51 years, of Bothwell was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Members of the Chatham-Kent Police offer their deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Miller.
The collision remains under investigation.
