The Edmonton Oilers have assigned three players to the Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League and placed two more players on waivers, including Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith, for the purpose of being assigned.
The 28-year-old had been named to the training camp roster for Oilers back on January 4, 2021.
The Condors play in the Pacific Division of the American Hockey League and are based in Bakersfield, California.
Griffith signed a two-year, two-way deal with the Oilers on Friday, October 9, 2020.
Griffith scored 21 goals and 20 assists in 58 games with the AHL’s Manitoba Moose last season.
He has scored eight goals and added 11 assists in 79 career NHL games.
