Chatham-Kent OPP officials allege: On January 23, 2021 approximately 4:30 a.m. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Chatham-Kent officers were called to investigate a collision involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on Centre Road between River Line and School House Line in Moraviantown.
One person has been taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
