Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Two separated parties turned themselves into Chatham-Kent Police on outstanding warrants in Wallaceburg and Chatham.

Both were released with future court dates.

Theft of tools from construction site on Gregory Drive in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 5:10 a.m. two unknown males broke into a trailer on site and removed $2,000 worth of tools.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Overnight unknown suspect broke into detached garage and stole miscellaneous tools valued at $2,000.

Neighbour trouble leads to arrest on St. Clair Street in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Police were involved with a male earlier in the day for a neighbour dispute.

A second call was received and information was received the male exposed himself to his neigbour.

The male was located and arrested for an indecent act.

The male was transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters where he was released with a future court date of March 17, 2021.

Assault, drug possession on Queen Street in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A female was involved in a verbal confrontation with a staff member at a local business.

This interaction changed to a physical confrontation and the staff member was spat on and then bit.

Police attended, arrested a female without incident.

A search found the female to be in possession of suspected Fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The female was transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters and released with a future court date of March 11, 2021.

No injuries were sustained by the store employee.

Traffic complaint leads to impaired charges on Talbot Trail in Blenheim

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A call was received a call for a vehicle all over the roadway.

The vehicle was located in Blenheim and the driver was arrested.

He was the transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters where he refused to provide a breath sample.

A Leamington man was released for operation while impaired and refuse breath sample with a future court date of February 26, 2021.

Break and enter on Erieau Road

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 3:44 a.m., two males were observed entering a shop at the rear of a property.

The males left in a compact vehicle.

The break and enter is currently under investigation and various items were taken.
