Similar to what they did for front line workers at the start of the pandemic, Progressive Ford is showing appreciation to local education workers.
The Wallaceburg car dealership, along with BMW Sarnia, Sarnia Volkswagen and Progressive Auto Sales in Sarnia, are offering free oil changes to any education staff who work for the local schools boards.
Marsha Whitton, the parts manager at Progressive Ford, told the Sydenham Current that they wanted to say thank-you to the education staff.
The free oil changes are for teachers, custodians, principals, anyone that works for the school boards, Whitton said, adding that it doesn’t matter what make or model of vehicle, they just need to call ahead to book their free appointment.
